Line Immunoblot Testkit for the quantitative detection of specific IgM antibodies in human serum. Line Immunoblot is used for the serological diagnostic testing of a fresh or recent Mycoplasma pneumonia infection. The kit can be used for serological diagnostic testing alone. Alternatively, it can be used as a confirmatory test, if the result of another assay is questionable or positive.
