RF-SorboTech is intended for the pre-adsorption of serum (or plasma) and CSF samples in the VIROTECH IgM ELISA, as well as for Virotech ELISA tests with anti-human IgA+IgM mixed conjugate and some selected VIROTECH IgA ELISA tests. RF-SorboTech contains precipitating sheep anti-bodies against human IgG antibodies.
