The HSV 1 (gG1) ELISA is intended for the semiquantitative and qualitative detection of specific IgG/IgM-antibodies against Herpes simplex Virus (HSV) type 1 in human serum. The serology is suitable for the detection of the immune status and as Herpes exclusion.
