Line Immunoblot test kit for qualitative detection of specific IgG-antibodies in human serum which are directed against antigens of the 70kb virulence plasmid of pathogenic Yersinia species. detection of reactive bands contributes towards the diagnosis of Yersinia-associated sequelae (for example reactive arthritis). The test is not suitable for diagnosis of acute enteritic diseases.
