External controls Serazym® Stool diagnostics are used for external quality control of the product line Serazym® (Seramun). Additionally the controls for the detection of C. difficile GDH and toxins can be used for Premier® C. difficile GDH or Toxins A&B ELISA (Meridian). The controls for H. pylori can also be used for Premier® Platinum HpSA® PLUS ELISA (Meridian). Using the controls, qualitative results are generated (positive or negative). Two External controls Serazym® Stool diagnostics are offered for every test parameter as a set with 400 μl stabilized stool suspension each. The sets are shipped twice per year on predefined dates. The dates are announced by Virotech Diagnostics GmbH.
